Some of you may have already noticed it: We’ve recently added a glowing scoreboard above the entrance. What do you think it’s all about?
It is a measuring instrument that continuously checks the air quality in the room. More precisely, it measures the CO2 content. The system works according to the traffic light principle. When it’s green everything is fine, when it’s orange we know we should air out.
From today we again have our winter menu.
This means that a few things will change on our menu.
Because regionality is important to us, we make sure to use seasonal vegetables for our dishes as much as possible. Therefore, the Greek farmer’s salad and the baked eggplant have to give way over the winter period and will be replaced by the delicious Tamari mushroom salad and our popular celery schnitzel.
The cold season is here, what better way to warm up than with delicious mulled wine and fruit mulled punch?
